"Outstanding café in Freiburg! I visited this place with my girlfriend for breakfast. The place was almost full but the staff still welcomed us warmly. The service was pretty fast and the food was very tasty. I can recommend it totally. 5/5"

"The food is lovely here, although the menu is a small one. The Flammkuchen are great - I definitely recommend the Dreisam. Service is incredible. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t take reservations, meaning that there is often some wait to get a table. The volume in the restaurant is fairly loud, making it hard to talk, but the ambience is lovely with lots of fairy lights!"

"I stopped at Hermann Cafe in Freiburg for lunch and had an amazing experience! The rooftop cafe offers a stunning view of the city, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I had a delicious vegetarian salad, and it was so refreshing to get some fresh veggies after eating a lot of unhealthy food. The limoncello spritz was a perfect accompaniment, and the gentle breeze added to the lovely atmosphere. The service was outstanding! Even though I don't speak German, the staff was incredibly kind and helped me navigate the menu and get connected to the WiFi. This place is a gem for anyone exploring the city, offering friendly service, great food, and beautiful views. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

"The view over Freiburg was definitely awesome! In general the food was good. The sandwiches looked great. Small improvements that I would suggest: - make the Croissant less dry - make the Pancakes flatter and not like 2 centimeters in thickness"
